Olive Bistro – A Romance with Food

The whole set-up almost transcends you to any European country style cafe as one makes way into the restaurant. The interiors are carefully and exquisitely chosen. With an unconventional masterpiece chandelier, which has crockeries and pans hanging down - (PS: which is supposed to be much 'talked' and 'raved' about), spoons replacing door handles.
Ethereal helium balloons that keep floating aimlessly, the open pizza oven giving a complete rustic feel, light brown European-styled table and chairs, floral printed tiles and table tops – “in all a complete bohemian and never witnessed ambience”!!
The exterior of Gurugram's Olive Bistro gives you an absolute vintage spirit, with beautiful floral baskets, umbrellas, signature rough white walls, cobblestone alleyways – a great place to bask in the sun during winters. A trendy, quirky and tranquil space, where you can taste the best of food from the live kitchen.
While the interiors and exteriors has the tone pepped up already, food served at this Bistro compliments the true spirit and takes the centre stage. Enjoy the mocktails that will leave a refreshing taste, try out the apple and kiwi delight, banana milk shake, and a few of them like the Milano Smooch with a dash of ‘ginger and chillies’ which kick in as an appetizer leaving your stomach grumbling for more.
The variety of fresh salads with flavours, crispness and freshness balanced, gives a whole new dimension. While the Veg ceaser and the Chicken ceaser salad considered a hit, the roasted Beetroot and the Melon, Feta and Recola are also highly recommended. If you want to spoon in a bowl of soup, you will be amazed with the smoked flavour of ‘Chaudiere’, and the tangy roasted ‘tomato and mandarin broth’.
Simple and easy finger food which can be well teamed up with the drinks being, corn on the cob, stuffed mushroom, cheddar and jalapeno poppers, pita pockets, crispy calamari rings, napped chicken wings, lamb kebabs, fennel chilly basa and much more.
